Nucleic acid amplification assay (PCR) for the detection of Herpes simplex Virus 1 & 2 DNA.

Usage

To aid in the diagnosis of  Herpes in genital and extra- genital sites.

Please note HSV PCR is also part of these other tests:

• CSF – Viral PCR
• Eye swab – Viral PCR
• Skin Swab – Viral PCR
